Long before Botánica by Solarè became a brand, these formulas were being made for my patients.

I began creating herbal tinctures in 2016 as part of my work in Chinese medicine. They started simply: formulas made to support the real people I was seeing in my practice and the things they were coming in for every day. Stress, sleep, seasonal challenges, travel, headaches, and everything you could imagine in between.

As my practice grew into Solarè Acupuncture, something unexpected happened: the tinctures took on a life of their own. Patients came back for more. They shared them with friends and family. Bottle after bottle left the clinic, and over the years it became clear that these formulas had grown beyond the walls of my treatment room.

That was the beginning of Botánica by Solarè.

What started as medicine created for my patients became its own company, built to make the formulas I had spent years developing available to people far beyond my clinic.

Today, the two are still deeply connected. Solarè Acupuncture is the home of my clinical practice in San Diego, and Botánica by Solarè is an extension of that work bringing Chinese herbal medicine from my treatment room into your everyday life.
